A new study reveals that lack of sleep leads to overeating of snacks after dinner, which has more calories than any single meal, thereby leading to weight gain. The study is published in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. Eat Less While Watching TV

Watching television while eating can distract an individual from being aware of how much he has eaten, which can result in overeating. A new study shows, however, that people can reduce the amount they consume while watching TV by taking smaller bites.
