Finding Hidden Sugar

Two to three decades ago, manufacturers removed fat from packaged foods and to make up for the lack of taste, replaced it with sugar. Even products with fat also contain sugar. However, nutrition labels list lump together added sugar with naturally occurring sugars in the ingredients.
