Natural Health Sherpa Email Whitelist Instructions<\/h1>\n

Since your email service provider probably uses some type of spam filter we ask that you add us to your trusted list of senders, contacts or address book. All also known as whitelisting.<\/p>\n

If you do not see an email from The Sherpa<\/strong> in your inbox, due to the overzealous filtering by ISPs my email may have mistakenly been sent to your spam folder. Please open your spam folder<\/strong> look for it there, open it<\/strong> and mark it as not spam<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

  2. Click the button on the toolbar, labeled Not spam <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Next please, add The Sherpa to your Contacts list:<\/p>\n

    3. Click the \u201cAdd The Sherpa<\/strong> to Contacts List\u201d from the list that appears.<\/li>\n
    4. If The Sherpa<\/strong> does not appear in the dropdown list? Then you probably have already added The Sherpa<\/strong> to Contacts.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      If you are using the Gmail Mobile App on your mobile device, please open the app now.<\/p>\n

      If you are using Gmail Tabs such as \u201cPromotions\u201d please open your Promotions tab in Gmail.<\/p>\n

      If you do not find an email from The Sherpa<\/strong>, please check the Spam Folder:<\/p>\n

      1. When you find the email from The Sherpa<\/strong><\/li>\n
      2. Tap the menu icon \u2013 top right.<\/li>\n
      3. Then select Move to<\/strong>.

        This way you will always see The Sherpa<\/strong> in your Primary Inbox tab\u2026<\/p>\n

        NOTE: My Preferred Folder<\/strong> does not exist by default in Gmail. It is there as an example only since custom folders must be created by the user.<\/p>\n

        If you are using Gmail Tabs such as \u2018Promotions\u2019 please open your Promotions tab in Gmail.<\/p>\n

        1. If you find an email from The Sherpa<\/strong> in your Gmail Promotions tab:<\/li>\n
        2. Grab and drag my email to the Primary Inbox Tab.<\/li>\n
        3. After doing so, you will receive an alert like the one below at the top of your Gmail toolbar.\n
          The conversation has been moved to \u201cPrimary\u201d<\/center>Do this for future messages from newsletter@naturalhealthsherpa.com? Yes<\/u><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
        4. Click Yes<\/u> in the yellow alert box at Gmail.<\/li>\n
        5. This way you will always see The Sherpa<\/strong> in your Primary Inbox tab\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          If you have not received an email from The Sherpa<\/strong>\u2026<\/p>\n

          Check your Spam Folder. If you see an email from The Sherpa<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

          1. Please open the email.<\/li>\n
          2. Next click the Not Spam<\/strong> button on the top toolbar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            To ensure delivery: Create a filter to automatically send email from The Sherpa<\/strong> to your Inbox.<\/p>\n

            1. Move your mouse over or tap the Gear<\/strong> icon in the top right navigation bar.<\/li>\n
            2. Select Settings<\/strong> from the list that drops down.<\/li>\n
            3. Choose Filters<\/strong> located on the left side of the page.<\/li>\n
            4. Click the Add<\/strong> button on the Filters page.<\/li>\n
            5. Create a name such as Whitelist<\/strong> in the Filter name<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n
            6. In the From<\/strong> field leave the default contains<\/strong> selected.<\/li>\n
            7. Enter our email address newsletter@naturalhealthsherpa.com<\/strong> in the text box next to Contains\u2026<\/strong><\/li>\n
            8. Choose the destination folder to which you would like the message delivered. For example: Inbox.<\/li>\n
            9. Click or tap Save\u2026<\/strong><\/li>\n
            10. You will see in the next screen -Deliver to Inbox<\/strong> if From contains The Sherpa<\/strong>\u2013<\/li>\n
            11. Click or tap Save<\/strong> on this screen.<\/li>\n
            12. You will be returned to your Yahoo! Inbox.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              iPhone Mail identifies most junk mail (spam) sent to your @icloud.com address or aliases, but it can mistakenly move email to your Junk mail folder.<\/p>\n

              Periodically check the Junk folder for email messages that were marked as junk mistakenly.<\/p>\n

              To indicate that an email message from The Sherpa<\/strong> isn\u2019t junk:<\/p>\n

                \n
              1. Open your Mail app and go to the Mailboxes screen<\/li>\n
              2. Scroll down to the folders area
                \n\"Screenshot<\/li>\n
              3. Select the Junk<\/strong> folder.<\/li>\n
              4. Find the email from The Sherpa<\/strong> and slide it left to see options.

              5. Tap the More<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
              6. Tap the Mark<\/strong> button.

              7. Tap the Mark as Not Junk<\/strong> button.

                The message is moved to your Inbox. Subsequent email messages from The Sherpa<\/strong> will no longer be marked as junk.<\/p>\n

                By default, messages in the Junk folder are deleted after 30 days so be sure to check it often to whitelist relevant email.<\/p>\n

                To add The Sherpa<\/strong> to you list of Focused Inbox<\/strong> on the Outlook App\u2026<\/p>\n

                Please open the mobile Outlook app on your Android, Microsoft or iPhone:<\/p>\n

                Then open the email from The Sherpa<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

                1. Click the dropdown menu

                2. On the menu displayed tap Move to Focused Inbox<\/strong>

                3. Select the Move this and all future messages button<\/strong>.

                5. Now all future messages from The Sherpa<\/strong> will appear in your Focused Inbox<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  You can also remove unwanted emails from your Focused Inbox<\/strong> as well by repeating this process in your Focused tab.<\/p>\n

                  To add The Sherpa<\/strong> to you list of \u201cSafe senders \u201d on Outlook:<\/p>\n

                  1. Right click our email in your Inbox email list pane.<\/li>\n
                  2. On the menu displayed move your mouse over or tap Junk<\/strong><\/li>\n
                  3. Click or tap on Never block sender<\/strong> in the menu that rolls out.<\/li>\n
                  4. The resulting popup will say:<\/li>\n
                  5. \u201cThe sender of the selected message has been added to your Safe Senders List. \u201c<\/li>\n
                  6. Click OK<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    To add sender to address book:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                    1. Open the email<\/li>\n
                    2. Right click on the from address<\/li>\n
                    3. Choose Add to contacts<\/strong> option<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      To make sure our email gets delivered to a preferred folder or your choice in Inbox, you must add The Sherpa<\/strong> to your preferred folder, or a folder of your choice.<\/p>\n

                      NOTE: \u201cMy Preferred Folder \u201d is a demonstration. You must create your own My Preferred Folder by clicking + Create New<\/strong> yourself.<\/p>\n

                      If you do not readily find an email from The Sherpa<\/strong> in one of your Inbox bundles\u2026<\/p>\n

                      Please check your Inbox Spam Folder<\/strong> or your Promotions bundle:<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

                      1. When you see the email from The Sherpa<\/strong>: Open the Email.<\/li>\n
                      2. Then click the \"Screenshot icon.<\/li>\n
                      3. Next please add The Sherpa<\/strong> to your My Preferred Folder.

                        Previously \u201cHotmail\u201d, \u201cLive\u201d, \u201cWindows Live\u201d and \u201cMSN\u201d\u2026<\/p>\n

                        In the new Outlook.com you must click the Wait it\u2019s safe<\/strong> link if you find emails incorrectly identified as spam.<\/p>\n

                        Entering the email contact in the address book or contacts no longer whitelists the sender.<\/p>\n

                        To ensure messages from specific email addresses are not sent to your Junk Email folder, you can do one of two things:<\/p>\n

                          \n
                        1. Check the Junk<\/strong> folder. If you see the The Sherpa<\/strong> email in your Inbox<\/li>\n
                        2. Open the email from The Sherpa<\/strong>\u2026<\/li>\n
                        3. Click the \u201cWait it\u2019s safe\u201d link<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          4. Click the link Safe senders<\/strong> on the next page.<\/li>\n
                          5. Enter the email address newsletter@naturalhealthsherpa.com<\/strong> in the text box.<\/li>\n
                          6. Click Add to list<\/strong><\/li>\n
                          7. The Sherpa<\/strong> will now be added to your list of Safe senders<\/strong><\/li>\n

                            2. Click \u201cNot spam\u201d in the resulting list.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                              Add newsletter@naturalhealthsherpa.com<\/strong> to your Address Book:<\/p>\n

                              1. Open the email from The Sherpa<\/strong><\/li>\n
                              2. Click the show details<\/strong> link next to The Sherpa<\/strong> in the From field.<\/li>\n
                              3. Move your mouse over or tap newsletter@naturalhealthsherpa.com<\/strong> to show the menu.<\/li>\n
                              4. Click or tap Add contact<\/strong> in the menu displayed.<\/li>\n
                              5. Add The Sherpa<\/strong> to the name fields<\/li>\n
                              6. Click Add contact<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                Email from that Domain will now be delivered straight to your Inbox.<\/p>\n

                                    If you are not receiving email at EarthLink, there are two actions you can take.<\/p>\n

                                    1. Check Suspect Email<\/strong> folder<\/li>\n
                                    2. Add The Sherpa<\/strong> to your address book.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                      With EarthLink, if you have SpamBlocker turned on, suspect messages are automatically send to your Suspect Email folder if the Domain is not in your address book.<\/p>\n

                                      Suspect Email Folder:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                                      1. While in the Suspect Email<\/strong> folder, if you see The Sherpa<\/strong>\u2026<\/li>\n
                                      2. Select the Move to Inbox and Add Contact<\/strong> option from the drop down menu.<\/li>\n
                                      3. This will add newsletter@naturalhealthsherpa.com<\/strong> to your Address Book for future email delivery assurance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                        Address Book Inclusion:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                                          \n
                                        1. Open the email.<\/li>\n
                                        2. Click Add to Address Book in the email header.<\/li>\n
                                        3. Use the Address Book Editor to verify the sender\u2019s contact details and click save.<\/li>\n
                                        4. Fill in newsletter@naturalhealthsherpa.com<\/strong> as the email address of the sender.<\/li>\n
                                        5. Any mail sent with the same Domain (right of the @ sign) will now be delivered to your Inbox.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                          Instead you can find your AT&T emails at Att.Yahoo.com<\/p>\n

                                          Please open your Thunderbird email client:<\/p>\n

                                          If an email from The Sherpa<\/strong> appears in your Junk Folder:<\/p>\n

                                          Please mark that message as Not Junk<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

                                          Next, please add The Sherpa<\/strong> to your Address Book:<\/p>\n

                                          1. Click the Address Book<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
                                          2. Make sure the Personal Address Book<\/strong> is highlighted.<\/li>\n
                                          3. Click the New Contact<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
                                          4. Under the Contact tab<\/strong>, copy and paste the \u201cFrom\u201d address, newsletter@naturalhealthsherpa.com<\/strong> into the email text box.<\/li>\n
                                          5. Click OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                            Security Software<\/em><\/h2>\n

                                            Norton AntiSpam<\/h2>\n

                                            This problem may happen if newsletter@naturalhealthsherpa.com<\/strong> is accidentally added to the Blocked List.<\/p>\n

                                            To remove the newsletter@naturalhealthsherpa.com<\/strong> from the Blocked List:<\/p>\n

                                              \n
                                            1. Start your Norton product.<\/li>\n
                                            2. Click Settings.<\/li>\n
                                            3. Depending on your Norton product, do one of the following:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                              For Norton 360:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                                                \n
                                              1. In the Settings window, under Detailed Settings, click AntiSpam.<\/li>\n
                                              2. On the Filter tab, next to Blocked List, click Configure.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                For Norton Internet Security:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                                                  \n
                                                1. In the Settings window, on the Network tab, click Message Protection.<\/li>\n
                                                2. Under AntiSpam, next to Blocked List, click Configure.<\/li>\n
                                                3. In the Blocked List window, select the item that you want to remove, and then click Remove.<\/li>\n
                                                4. Click Apply, and then click OK.<\/li>\n
                                                5. If you do not find newsletter@naturalhealthsherpa.com<\/strong> in the Blocked list, go to next step.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                  To add newsletter@naturalhealthsherpa.com to the Allowed List:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                                                    \n
                                                  1. Start your Norton product.<\/li>\n
                                                  2. Click Settings.<\/li>\n
                                                  3. Depending on your Norton product, do one of the following:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                    For Norton Internet Security:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                                                    1. In the Settings window, on the Network tab, click Message Protection.<\/li>\n
                                                    2. Under AntiSpam, next to Allowed List, click Configure.<\/li>\n
                                                    3. In the Allowed List window, click Add.<\/li>\n
                                                    4. In the Add Email Address window, from the Address Type drop-down, select the address type.<\/li>\n
                                                    5. Add newsletter@naturalhealthsherpa.com<\/strong>, and then click OK.<\/li>\n
                                                    6. In the Allowed List window, click Apply, and then click OK.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                      McAfee Products<\/h2>\n

                                                      While McAfee has removed spam protection in the latest Anti-Virus software- You may still have a version that offers spam filtering.<\/p>\n

                                                        \n
                                                      1. In order to add The Sherpa<\/strong> to the friends whitelist, please open McAfee and click on Web & Email Protection<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                                                      2. Then click on Anti-Spam<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                        There you can see various settings. You can change the spam protection level, change filter settings, etc.<\/p>\n
